I grew up with Ace Combat 4, then one day I remembered the game existed. It was a pleasant surprise to see the series was still going with a seventh entry, and on PC, AND on sale, no less!

It was a lot of the great things I remember from Ace Combat 4: you are incredibly overpowered, the music is great, and the plot is insanely dramatic for no reason, there are latin choirs for some reason and the plot escalates to an insane degree. Completely out of pocket but oh, so memorable.

A great plane game though the fact that we are a single man army taking down many, many human lives doesn't really come up. If only there was another game that could pull off what this game does while also acknowledging that.

Favorite OST track: Daredevil. If you know the game this shouldn't surprise you.
